TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Minimum Age 21 Years2. Charge period 24 hours
3. A deposit of Rs.15000/- to Rs.20000/- ( For Indian Nationals) will be collected in advance or USD 1000 (For Foreign Tourist) In case of damage / scratch to the car or theft of any accessories, it will be forfeited. If a major accident occurs, repair cost will have to be borne by the renter.
4. Motoring offences, fines and congestion charges are the responsibility of the renter.
5. Negligence damage to Tyre (Inc punctures, blowouts and glass damage) will be charged to the renter.
6. Over Cab damage is the responsibility of the hirer and will be charged for.
7. Cost of fuel to be borne by renter. The car will be supplied with a full tank and is to be returned with a full tank.
8. Unlimited km offered is only restricted to state limits/Circuits selected by the clients. In case of change in travel destination & State other than selected by the client the respective destination rates will be applicable.
9. All drivers must produce a full driving license held for 12 months
10. Another form of identification Any Two Orignal Must (Driving licence,Pan Card,Ration Card & Passport) will be required
11. Foreigner should possess valid international driving license.
12. Payment terms by Cash/ Credit card or Debit card (All major cards accepted)
13. The car can be delivered to you within city limits at a charge of Rs.400/-
14. Missing or lost accessories and tools would be charged extra
15. All rentals are subject to Terms & Conditions as mentioned in Rental Agreement.
16. The car needs to be returned to the rental station by 11.30 pm / 23.30 hrs cut off time, any delay, Rs.500.00 per hour will be charged or after 3 hrs. Extension to the next day as per the "daily rates" will be applicable.
CANCELLATION
1. If the booking is cancelled 5 days before the travel date.10% surcharge is applicable & full amount is refunded.2. 50% Refund - If the booking is cancelled 2 days before the travel date.
3. Thereafter no refund will be given on booking cancellation or change in travel dates (Start or Return) or change in duration or no show.
