Shillong Golf Club
The Shillong Golf Club is one of the many attractions in the hilly state of Meghalaya. Founded by the British way back in 1898, with the idea of cooler golfing conditions during the hot and humid months of Indian summer, the 18 hole golf course is set in serene and picturesque surroundings at over 5000 feet. Pine and Rhododendron trees line the hilly layout which has a wonderful natural feel. Golfing is a unique experience in Shillong- also known as the Scotland of the east and a place that the British apparently likened to Wales!

Digboi Golf Course
Digboi Golf Club is a picturesque golf course. Located amidst pristine surroundings, it has the distinction of being one of the earl 18-hole golf courses in India. An interesting feature of this course is an airstrip that was built during World War II, which now forms part of the fifth fairway. The course length of Digboi Golf Course is 6309 yards, the longest hole being 513 yards and the shortest being 127 yards. The course rating is 71 and Par is 72. This golf course is a natural one with few artificial developments. The undulating topography ensures that golfers have to use all their skills in order to keep the ball on the fairways.
